1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Collected

When you contact us, request a quote, use our interactive simulators/audit tools or request a callback via the website assistant, we process only the information you voluntarily submit: full name, email address, phone number, company name, selected service, project configuration and message content. Our site assistant runs locally on our server using verified Prime Vision Solutions content without sending your conversation to any paid external generative AI service. If you request a callback, your contact details and project context are stored in our contact database so our team can follow up, and an email notification is sent to contact@primevisionsolutions.fr. Technical metadata (such as IP address, timestamps and security logs) may also be processed strictly for hosting security and rate limiting.

Required fields are marked at the time of collection; without them we may be unable to process your inquiry.

3. Purposes, Newsletter & Legal Bases

• Answering your inquiries: legitimate interest for general questions; pre-contractual steps when you request a proposal or quote.
• Scoping and delivering client projects: pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract.
• Sending our newsletter: your explicit double opt-in consent (confirmed via email). Your email address is used solely to send our periodic practical guides, and every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Website security & abuse prevention: legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure and forms.
• Statutory compliance: legal obligation for accounting and administrative records.

4. Data Recipients

Your personal data is accessible only to authorized team members of PRIME VISION SOLUTIONS and, strictly within the scope of their technical duties, our hosting and email infrastructure provider (IONOS SARL in France). Callback and quote requests are stored in our IONOS-hosted database and forwarded to contact@primevisionsolutions.fr. We never sell or rent your personal data.

5. Retention Periods

Prospect inquiries are retained for up to three (3) years following your last interaction with us. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Client records are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for applicable statutory archiving periods. Technical security logs are retained only for a proportionate duration.

6. Cookies & Third-Party Services

This website uses exclusively strictly necessary technical cookies exempt from prior consent under CNIL and ePrivacy guidelines:

• Session cookie (PHPSESSID): secures forms and interactive tools against CSRF abuse; deleted when you close your browser.
• Language cookie (pv_lang): remembers your selected interface language for 12 months when you switch languages.

Should any technical sub-processor process data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are governed by GDPR-compliant safeguards such as an European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
